Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipments may occur Monday through Saturday, but not on Sundays or Holidays. We'll notify you when your order is shipped by the email you used at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All domestic orders are shipped Free of Charge, unless otherwise discounted, and are fulfilled by USPS. Packages can be expected in 1-5 business days from shipment.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipment confirmation and a tracking number by email upon shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Damages

Customize the following: Greyburne's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
